How does shortlease work?

Find your preferred car on our website and request a quote. In reply we will send you a quotation. If you agree with this offer, we would like to receive the following documents:

Signed enclosed agreement
Official document (tax/ bank/ KvK) showing business or home address
Copy of passport and copy of drivers license

Our minimum deposit is €1000,- per car. We will return the deposit 30 days after the car has been returned.

FAQ

Do I need to make a down payment?
No, if you want to short lease a car as a private person at VWP Shortlease, we will ask you to pay a deposit. This deposit will be at least €1000,- and depends on the creditworthiness that we have checked. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease contract if all contract rules have been met.

How does it work?
Find your preferred car on our website and request a quote. In reply we will send you a quotation. If you agree with our offer, we would like to receive the mentioned documents.

Are prices on your website including or excluding of VAT?
Our prices exclude VAT on our business website pages. Our prices include VAT on our website.(Private shortlease acties)

Does VWP Shortlease accept cash payments?
No we do not accept cash payments.

What are the conditions?
Before we can welcome you as our customer, our acceptance department performs a credit check and the amount of the deposit is determined. In order to carry out a correct acceptance we need your official Dutch residential address. Our minimum deposit is €1000,- per car.

Can I pick up the car myself?
We deliver our cars with an external driver service to the preffered address. The costs for a transport are € 75,- (excluding 21% VAT)
