The Quotation Process

We get you on the road fast!

Request and Quotation

Step 1: After your request, we will send you a personalized shortlease quotation by email. This email will include the following documents:

The lease agreement
The general terms and conditions
An overview of additional services

Step 2: Do you agree with the quotation? Please return the following documents by email:

The signed lease agreement including the start date
A copy of a valid ID
A copy of a valid driver's license of the driver
For business customers: A recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce
For private customers: A document confirming your address

Acceptance & Deposit

Acceptance: Once we've received your documents, our acceptance department performs a credit check using a traffic-light system:

🟢 Green light: The deposit is set at the minimum amount.
🟠 Orange light: Cooperation is possible, but we may require additional information or a higher deposit.
🔴 Red light: Unfortunately, cooperation is not possible.

Deposit amount: The amount of the deposit depends on the credit check result. With a green light, the following applies:

Business customers: Two monthly lease payments, with a minimum of €750.
Private customers: Two monthly lease payments, with a minimum of €1,000.

We'll contact you by phone to discuss the deposit. During this call, we'll also discuss payment of the monthly lease amount via automatic debit or iDEAL.

Confirmation & Delivery

Step 1: After our phone call, you'll receive an order confirmation via email, containing the following details:

Lease price
Contract duration and annual mileage
Additional mileage price
Delivery date, address, and time

Once the first payment via iDEAL has been made, we'll confirm everything is settled.

Step 2: When your car departs from our location in Nijverdal, you'll receive an email containing:

A digital vehicle condition report
A regular driver declaration (for parking permits)
A damage report form (SAF)
A driver handbook with practical information

End of contract

At the end of your agreed lease term, you have three options:

You return the car via our website.
You extend the agreement with a new term or different annual mileage.
You keep driving under flexible conditions with a notice period of five working days.

Returning your shortlease car and transport

Step 1: Notify us of your car return via this link. You can choose:

Pickup from your preferred address (€90 excluding VAT)
Return it yourself at our location in Nijverdal

The final inspection takes place at our location. An external final inspection at a location of your choice is also possible (€115 excluding VAT, plus possible transport costs).

After your return request, you'll receive a confirmation with the pickup or drop-off date and additional information. Please note a five-business-day cancellation period applies.

Step 2: The car will be collected or returned on the agreed date. Once we receive the car, you'll get an email with details regarding the completion of the agreement.
