What should I do in case of damage or theft?
If you lease a car from VWP Shortlease, the lease car is all-risk insured. In case of damage or theft, you can contact our 24-hour emergency center. If you have damage or theft, let us know as soon as possible! We will then ensure that the damage is remedied quickly and - if necessary - provide you with a replacement lease car as soon as possible.
