The return process
Curious about what exactly happens after your lease car arrives back at our location in Nijverdal? On this page, we'll give you a look behind the scenes and show you how we keep all our cars in top condition.

1. Arrival in Nijverdal
Upon arrival, your car will be visually inspected by our workshop staff. The car is then washed and photographed from all angles on our professional turntable to compile a detailed file.
If damage is detected, clear photos are taken, which are then stored in the vehicle file. Then we determine how best to repair the damage.
2. Technical control
After the visual inspection, a technical inspection of the car follows. Our workshop staff takes a close look at all the important parts: from tires and brakes to lights and fluids. Things such as the battery and air conditioning are also thoroughly tested, as are the suspension and steering. Any defects or concerns are immediately identified and resolved, so that the car always meets our strict quality standards.
3. Damage repair
One little blip can snowball into an accident! If damage to the car is found during the visual inspection, this will be carefully resolved in this step. Small dents or scratches can often be remedied without painting, while larger (paint) damage requires a more comprehensive approach. Experts assess the damage, determine the best solution and ensure professional treatment. This way, the car is quickly ready for the next satisfied customer.
4. Off to the next customer!
After the technical inspection and any damage repair have been completed, a thorough cleaning of both the interior and the exterior follows. All stains and dirt are removed and the car is fully reconditioned to look as good as new. This extensive cleaning and reconditioning are important parts of our process, ensuring that each car meets the quality requirements for the next customer.
When the car is both optically and technically in top condition, it is ready for its next (temporary) owner. After a final check, the car is completely ready for transport.
