The quotation process
We'll help you get started quickly!
Request and quote
Step 1: After your request, we will send you a personal quote by email.
With this email, you will receive the following documents:
- The lease agreement
- The terms and conditions
- An overview of additional services
Step 2: Do you agree to the quote? Please send us the following documents by email:
- The signed lease agreement with commencement date
- A copy of a valid ID
- A copy of the driver's valid driver's license
- Business customers: a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce
- Private customers: a document showing your address details

Acceptance and Deposit
Acceptance: After receiving the necessary documents, our acceptance department performs a credit check. This check works according to the traffic light model:
🟢 Green light: The deposit is set at the minimum.
🟠 Orange light: Cooperation is possible, but we ask for additional information or a higher deposit.
🔴 Red light: Unfortunately, cooperation is not possible.
The deposit. The amount of the deposit is determined by the credit check. When the light is green, the following applies:
- Business customers: Two-month lease with a minimum of €750.
- Private customers: Two-month lease with a minimum of €1,000.
We will contact you by phone about the deposit. In addition, we also discuss whether the monthly lease amount is paid by direct debit or iDEAL.

Confirmation & delivery
Step 1: After our phone call, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This contains the following information:
- The lease price
- Duration and annual mileage
- Extra kilometre
- Delivery date, address and time
As soon as the first amount to be paid via iDEAL has been paid, we will inform you that everything has been arranged.
Step 2: When your car departs from our location in Nijverdal, you will receive an email with:
- A digital issue report (car condition)
- A permanent driver statement (for parking permits)
- A claim form (SAF)
- A driver's guide with practical information

End of contract
At the end of the agreed term, you have three options:
- You unsubscribe the car via our website.
- You extend the agreement with a new term or other annual mileage.
- You will continue to drive under flexible terms with five business days notice.
Deregister short lease car and transport
Step 1: Deregister the car. You can choose between:
- Pick up at a desired address (€90 excluding VAT)
- Return yourself to our location in Nijverdal
The final inspection takes place at our location. An external final inspection at a location of your choice is also possible (€115 excluding VAT, plus any transport costs).
After you unsubscribe, you will receive a confirmation with the pick up or drop off date and additional information. Please allow five business days of notice.
Step 2: The car will be picked up or returned on the agreed date. Once the car has arrived with us, you will receive an email with information about the completion of the agreement.
